Jackson M. Joseph is a dedicated and principled leader who brings over
a decade of expertise in project management and employee relations to
KINSE Global Mining Resources Inc. His career reflects a deep
commitment to operational excellence, team development, and
strategic collaboration.
Mr. Joseph holds distinguished academic credentials from respected
institutions:
• Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science (Economics
major) – Delhi University, India
• Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial

Relations – Delhi University, India
• Bachelor of Science in Human Services (Counseling major) – University of Phoenix
In his role as Deputy Director General, Jackson works closely with the Director General to ensure

seamless execution of organizational objectives. He oversees daily operations, leads cross-
functional project teams, and drives alignment across departments to meet strategic goals.
